The Innovation Center is the only "National Enterprise Technology Center" in the industry, and won the "Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award".
Boton cooperates closely with South China University of Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China University of Mining and Technology, Liaoning University of Engineering and Technology, Jiangnan University, University of Melbourne, University of Warwick in the United Kingdom and other renowned colleges and universities, to cultivate first-class R & D team in the industry, and achieve a large number of scientific research results and realize the transformation.
Boton Technology Service Center possesses an independent customer service system, establishing a comprehensive global after-sales and service network, and assembling a high-level, high-standard service team capable of independently providing end-to-end services from preliminary selection to installation, commissioning, and maintenance. The center benchmarks against international first-class technical service standards, offering full-process technical services including pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales support. This encompasses scientific pre-sales selection, in-sales production, and comprehensive technical support for after-sales installation, jointing, commissioning, usage, maintenance, splicing, and various skills training for customers. Additionally, the service center is equipped with a full set of monitoring equipment, providing regular "diagnosis" of belt service life and replacement time to support customers' safe operation with data backup.
